Favorite Raw Recipe from, "Alive in 5"

I'll be making this Asian Cabbage for my family when I'm home.

Asian Cabbage
1 medium head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup raw cashews, chopped or broken
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cold-pressed sesame oil
1/4 cup raw tahini
1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu (Soy Sauce)
1/2-inch slice fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon raw agave nectar

Combine the cabbage, tomatoes (optional), cashews, carrots in a large bowl. Place the sesame oil, tahini, Nama Shoyu, ginger, and agave nectar in a food processor until smooth. Pour over the cabbage mixture, and toss.
