Kellie's Cleanse

Many friends and family members have asked me about cleansing so here goes! And good luck!

The core of this cleanse comes from Anthony Robbin's Life Mastery Cleanse I did last year in Fiji.
Day One
What to eat:
1-2 oz. fresh wheatgrass juice
1-2 Tablespoons Udo's Oil (chase with a piece of pineapple)
Purchase Udo's Oil at



8 oz. alkalizing green vegetable juice (i.e., celery/cucumber/parsley juice)
8 oz. Green powdered drink (look up Green Vibrance or Garden of Life) I have found them at the Vitamin Shoppe or Co-op in Santa Monica. I like the Garden of Life Perfect Food Berry since it contains live Probiotics! Add a slice of lemon for taste.
Small salad with a slice of avocado, cucumber, carrot shavings, lettuce and 2 soaked and peeled almonds. For dressing use a slice of Lemon. Remember keep it small!

Continue to drink water with lemon throughout the day!

What you may feel like:
You may feel tired during the day and you will experience hunger pains.

Day Two
What to eat:
1-2 oz. fresh wheatgrass juice
1-2 Tablespoons Udo's Oil (chase with a piece of pineapple)
8 oz. alkalizing green vegetable juice (i.e., celery/cucumber/parsley juice)
8 oz. Green powdered drink, add a slice of lemon for taste.
Small salad with a slice of avocado, cucumber, carrot shavings, lettuce and 2 soaked and peeled almonds. For dressing use a slice of Lemon. Remember to keep the salad small!
4 oz. Mix an avocado, handful of soaked almonds, 2-3 dates, water, and ice in a blender (makes a great shake and avocados will help fill you up! If you make extra it will keep until tomorrow.

Continue to drink water with lemon throughout the day! Keep in mind you do not need to eat/drink everything in the same order I listed.

What you may feel like:
You may fell tired during the day and hunger pains. In addition, you may experience nausea, headache, weakness, and vomiting. You may become irritable, have a foggy brain, be somewhat sweaty (the skin is an avenue of elimination), and have a unique body odor. All of these are normal reactions as the toxins begin to move through your body.

I started to feel tingling through out my body especially after my colonic. I was also weak and out of it as I went to get a chemical peel. When doing a cleanse it is helpful to get a colonic, facial, and a massage to help eliminate the toxins. If you are going to do a colonic I recommend taking a probiotic pill afterwards to replenish your body with good bacteria.

Day Three
What to eat:
1-2 oz. fresh wheatgrass juice
1-2 Tablespoons Udo's Oil
8 oz. alkalizing green vegetable juice
8 oz. Green powdered drink, add a slice of lemon for taste.
Small salad with a slice of avocado, cucumber, carrot shavings, lettuce and 2 soaked and peeled almonds. For dressing use a slice of Lemon.
Drink the rest of the avocado drink from the day before.

What you may feel like:
You will most likely be tired during the day and possibly hungry. I was really weak on my third day due to the colonic the day before. I went to bed early the night before and slept in on my third day. If you feel tired listen to your body and rest. By the afternoon I was feeling great and went out! My will power was strong and I made it through the evening without eating or drinking!

Day Four
What to eat:
1-2 oz. fresh wheatgrass juice
1-2 Tablespoons Udo's Oil
8 oz. alkalizing green vegetable juice
8 oz. Green powdered drink, add a slice of lemon for taste.
Small salad with a slice of avocado, cucumber, carrot shavings, lettuce and 2 soaked and peeled almonds. Use a slice of lemon for salad dressing.
In the evening you may add raw foods such as fruit and vegetables. You want to slowly get back on food.

What you may feel like:
You may still have a unique body pungency and you may experience gas. All of these reactions are normal as the toxins move through your body. I felt euphoric, emotionally alive, and vibrated throughout my body. Most importantly I cured a couple of long time health issues that I struggled with for years. Issues that the doctors could not eliminate no matter how many creams or pills they prescribed.
Day Five & Six
What to eat:

You want to ease off your cleanse by only eating raw foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and/or fish.

Wow, this sounds great!

I am intrigued by the food consumed and the ability to heal old infections because of this cleanse!

Did you also feel as if your muscles could do more or felt differentiation between individual muscles?
